American Invest Realty, Inc.
As people continued to move to Southwest Florida in record breaking numbers,   American Invest was compelled to meet the needs of the growing population, thus   forming our realty division. With a diversified team of realty specialists, we continue  to excel above our market competition.

American Invest Mortgage Co.
While the need for new homes continued, we realized that offering specialized financing for our clients, would allow for each client to effortlessly obtain the appropriate funding for his or her specific needs. Consequently, our Mortgage Division was established.

American Invest Homes, Inc.
Through a strategic partnership with an establish builder in the Southwest Florida   region, our home building division was launched, allowing American Invest the ability to provide quality construction with unmatched integrity. With 60 homes currently under contract, our homes division has proven to be a quintessential asset to the company.

American Invest Development Co.
As land specialists, the next logical step was to form a development company that could focus its energies on the bigger projects that are currently in progress. Stated below are several of the projects the development company is working on:
